Refund Policy

1. General Policy (Strict No-Refund)

NexusFlux operates on a strict no-refund policy for all subscription fees (monthly or annual) once a payment has been successfully processed.

This policy is in place because the Service is made available to you immediately upon payment, and we incur immediate, irreversible costs for server resources, API usage, and AI model access. Your subscription fee reserves this capacity, regardless of your level of use.

2. Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew by default. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and canceling it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current, paid-for billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: No partial refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or for any unused portion of your subscription term, including for annual plans.

3. Exceptions (Limited)

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, or forgetting to cancel. Refunds will only be considered in the following specific, verifiable circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: A clear and verifiable duplicate payment for the same billing cycle due to a technical error in our billing system.
  • Service Activation Failure: A complete, demonstrable failure to activate or provision your Service after successful payment, confirmed by our support team to be an internal fault.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, you must contact billing@nexusflux.cloud within 72 hours of the payment.

4. Service Termination

If your account is terminated by NexusFlux for a violation of our Terms & Conditions (including misuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse), no refunds will be issued for any prepaid fees.

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you must contact us at billing@nexusflux.cloud to resolve the issue. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback is a violation of our T&C and may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
