NexusFlux provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All our services are delivered digitally through our website and associated APIs. We do not ship physical products.
Upon successful payment and registration, your account will be activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your dashboard and start setting up your AI agents.
You can access the Service 24/7 by logging into your account at nexusflux.cloud/auth. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and compatible browser to use the Service.
While account activation is instant, certain integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, CRM sync) may require additional configuration steps by you or third-party approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.
